Mathieu carefully cultivates his hazelnuts, favoring methods that respect the land and the environment . Each harvest is a precious moment for him: he selects the fruits at perfect maturity and supervises each stage of roasting to reveal all their aromas .

CHOCOLATE by Nicolas Berger

For Nicolas Berger , chocolate is not just an ingredient, it's a true adventure . He travels the world in search of the best beans, studying cultivation and fermentation methods to understand and reveal their full aromatic potential .

Each batch of cocoa selected by Nicolas is meticulously processed: roasting, grinding, conching... each step is designed to obtain a chocolate of unique intensity and finesse . His passion for taste and detail are reflected in all our creations.

BUTTER by Isigny

Its rich and fragrant milk is slowly matured to reveal a smooth and subtly nutty cream.
