From intense praline to smooth caramel, my products are made with carefully selected ingredients, over time and through encounters.
Whether spread on bread, cooked in, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful, each creation is designed to offer a moment of pleasure .
And because delicious food should be accessible to everyone, some products are also suitable for gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan diets.

Who am I?
Originally from Cannes, I trained with some of the greatest chefs in Paris, such as Cédric Grolet at Le Meurice, Maxime Frédéric at the George V. Working alongside Baptiste Renouard at Ochre allowed me to affirm my identity.
I was elected "one of the Best Apprentices of France" in 2012 and the LEBEY Guide awarded me the prize for "Best Coffee Dessert" in 2022.
These years of high standards and passion have shaped my vision: a pastry shop with a straightforward, natural and refined taste, where each creation tells a story and highlights the purity of the products.
It is through my creations that I wish to share with you emotions, memories and above all the simple pleasure of indulgence .
My favorite product?
Intense hazelnut praline & fleur de sel!
Made with only three ingredients from French producers, I simply eat it by the spoonful or on a crepe.
